Equity Marketing
Equity Marketing is the process of selling a real estate property or asset through the use of creative marketing and counseling. The focus of Equity Marketing is on client goals and objectives, as well as the property. There are many different ways that a client’s goals may be achieved other than selling the real property or asset for cash. Selling for cash may not be the best solution. Equity Marketing may provide a solution to challenging properties or situations involving real estate. It has creative formulas involving tax considerations, financing, exchanging, transaction structure, counseling and other factors that assist in achieving the clients short and long term goals.
