It is small by design, but large in it’s ability to provide a wide variety of services.  It has assembled a collaborative team of experienced professionals to accomplish the goals and serve the needs of its clients.

exchanging and property management. Successful history of multi-state and multi-million
dollar transactions. Expertise in 1031 Tax Deferred exchanges and Equity Marketing of Real
Estate Properties. Creative solutions to difficult real estate situations and offer a multifaceted
approach to marketing real estate. National Broker and Client Network. Prior experience in
court testimony as professional witness. Due Diligence consulting for Investors & Buyers of
Real Estate.

Owner of Arizona First Properties, LLC, a full service, Veteran owned, real estate company with
experience in Commercial, Land, Management, Equity Marketing, Business Brokerage and
Consulting. Past owner of Arizona and Illinois real estate brokerage and management
companies.
